I liked the story line with Kacey and Zander but I think that it was left a little bit to open-ended. A great, fun romp perfect for children grade I suggest the book to jakeups.
I loved ,akeups book though it wasn’t as goods as the first, it was still very good. It is the sequel to How to Rock Braces and Glasses.
Kacey arranges for a local rockstar to come play a song at the school dance by telling him that her friend Paige Green is dying of a disease and that she’s his biggest fan. The thing about this book is i can very much relate to it even though I’m in high school because the characters are somewhat innocent unlike a lot of other teen fiction and this book shows rocck every teen is totally screwed up.
Time and again, she blows him off, misleads him, lies rocm him or behaves with thoughtless selfishness.
It was really good at showing the life of a young teenage girl going through jealousy with boys. It is perfect for a middle schooler. She gets her friends to help set hw her mom and Stevie’s dad on another date, resolving that even if Zander and Paige never talk to her again, at least she can get this one thing right.
Zander’s friend Stevie arrives from Seattle, and she is so fabulous ahd Kacey is worried, and also really peeved that Stevie’s father is dating her mother and making her go all googly-eyed. Or will it cost her everything and everyone she cares about?
However, it does connect the topics. How greakups Rock Break-ups and Make-ups was kinda funny. May 13, Emy Majors rated it it was amazing. She had left them confused and angry.

Also, her ghastly mistakes eventually catch up to her and she deals with them with a surprising amount of humility and the determination to make amends.
When I first met Stevie, I didn’t like her. Daphne rated it it was ok Dec 17, After several failed attempts, they come up with a foolproof plan to sabotage their parents’ date. It was only a little better still. In this book the characters were very developed as well and by adding a new character it made the book more exciting. Good book, although the characters who are thirteen year olds that act like they are 17 gets a bit annoying.
This is a rip off I payed for breakups and makeups and I already have best friends and frenimes. Books should be available in hardcover or library binding through library suppliers such as Follett.
